Asc-ii art was quite the rage in the early days of the Internet. Nowadays it has been replaced with emojis, emoticons, and a bunch of other things. But here is a piece of nostalgia from that earlier era. This asc-ii art version of the classic Sperlljammer logo was used in the early 1990’s, on the spelljammer listserv, other role-playing related listservs, and UseNet newsgroups. It harkens back to a less, chaotic era of the internet.
